"Le quartier était agréable pour habiter avec les nombreux magasins alimentaires : poissonniers, bouchers, etc. Double expositions avec vues sur le port au côté salon et sur la colline au côté rue avec balcon étaient très bien. Le soleil entrait dans l'appartement toute la journée."

"Pas de baignoire, pas de lave vaisselle. La cafetière était du système que je ne maîtrisais pas bien. Certains ustensiles de cuisines n'étaient pas adaptés pour la plaque électrique."

"Great location in a quiet street just near the Port. Easy walk to beach, cafes, etc. Bright and spacious with a beautiful balcony for a morning coffee. Kitchen and laundry were handy."

"The location was perfect for us. It was a 15 min walk from the old town and the beach (but there is a bus just outside the door that takes you there in 4 min). It's surrounded by restaurants, there is a bakery just across the street (fresh croissants in the morning!), two supermarkets 2 min walk away. The parking space in the nearby building was definitely a plus. I read some comments about bathroom needing a rework but i think it was an old one as the bathroom looked fresh. Washing machine was a plus. I were worried about the heatwave but there is AC in the bedroom, also if you close the shades during the day the temperature is absolutely fine. Last but not least - the terrasse is AMAZING. We would spend afternoons and evenings there, sipping wine. We even got takeaway pizza downstairs and had nice dinner outside one evening."

"You can see the furniture is a bit dated and could use an upgrade. I slept on the couch with my sister and it was not comfortable, that mattress saw much better days. When we've arrived the balcony was dirty (there was Sahara wind bringing sand just before we've arrived). We've reported it to the agency and the next day somebody came an cleaned it. Pickup of the keys at the agency is not the easiest part (we had a car so no issue there, just more to be aware). Parking spot is super narrow (centimeters on the sides narrow) and the garage door needs some force to open. I think some maintenance (a bit of oil?) would go a long way. Even though all of that we had a great stay and would recommend it."

"The apartment was in a great location with easy links from the airport. It was clean and had all the basics that you needed including washing up liquid and olive oil. None of which you want to buy when you’re just staying for a few days. Lots of options to eat out and just a short walk to the beach and the old town. Would highly recommend."

"Although I didn’t really want to spend time watching TV, the World Cup was on during our stay and it would have been good to see certain games. Unfortunately there were no instructions on how to use the TV which was a little disappointing."

"Excellent location at the harbour, convenient to the last station of Tram 2 (Port Lympia) from the airport (second to last station at Garibaldi for office key collection), close to harbour and Garibaldi area cafes/restaurants (including best pizza on same block), as well as the Old Town. Good direct bus connections to Matisse museum, Monaco, etc. Wonderful view to West of yacht basin and hilltop park (de Chateau) and sunsets from two windows in spacious living area, and a limited view of harbour entrance and sea from East side terrace, as well as distant hills/mountains to North and hillside Mont Boron residential area across to Château de l'Anglais near the cape. Clear visualised instructions for access; cheerfully helpful staff in agency office for key collection and left luggage, just the other side of Garibaldi square (reasonable walking distance with wheeled luggage)."

"Kitchen and bathroom clean and functional, but rather worn, as is whole apartment; a simple holiday accomodation. Exposed to winds, so shutters/doors need some management. Recycling bin not accessible (bottle bank at intersection to North). Small lift just barely fits three, but necessary/welcome for top floor (6/7); note stops at half-floor landings, so steps up at both bottom and top. Second bed is a double sofa-bed in living area, which requires some adjustment of furniture to use, but there is still space for sitting/dining. During our visit there was disruption to building water supply, which was soon resolved, but revealed that the otherwise responsive/communicative and very helpful agency office staff had no direct contact with building management for information."

"Man wird rechtzeitig per Mail über alles wichtige informiert, bzgl.der Schlüsselübergabe sehr gute Wegbeschreibung. Alle Hinweise auf der Homepage der Agentur gut lesen, dann wird nichts schief gehen.. Man wird mehrfach erinnert per Mail was zu beachten ist. Sehr freundliche und zu jeder Zeit hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter der Agentur ( bei uns ist die Sicherung ausgefallen, die Beratungam Telefon war sehr effektiv). Perfekte Lage, die Tram Linie 2 vor der Nase und direkte Verbindung zum Flughafen. Der Blick aus den Fenstern grandious. Große Wohnung."

"Wir würden empfehlen, einige Pfannenwender aus Holz bzw. Holzlöffel für die Küche anzuschaffen. Auch funktioniert der Wasserkocher nicht mehr so gut und schaltet sich nicht immer an. Man muss mehrfach daran "ruckeln ". Eine, zwei Lampen im Wohnzimmer brauchen neue Glühbirnen."

"Wir hatten die Unterkunft für 4 Personen gebucht, aber der Schlafplatz für unsere Kinder (Couch im WZ) war nicht vorbereitet. Wir mussten die Couch selbst umbauen und Decke u Kissen beziehen bzw Kissen, Decke u Bettwäsche erst suchen. Weiters war der Staubsauger derart verschmutzt, dass er kaum noch saugte."
